Its a small world after all....

Today I found a couple great sites on the net that indulge some of my passions...postcards, lighthouses, reading, getting to know new people from around the world and travel. I thought maybe, if you actually read this cobwebby blog, you might be interested in visiting these sites and joining yourself, so here they are with a brief description of what they are all about:

http://www.postcrossing.com/ - For those of you who love to write -The Post Crossing Project. Send and receive postcards and make new friends all around the world.

http://www.bookcrossing.com/ - For those who love to read -The Book Crossing Project. Leave a book you have read in a public place for someone to find and log in on the website to track its travels.

http://www.world66.com/ - For those who like to see the world - Track your travels around the world with this site and plan new ones! A travel guide you write yourself!

http://postsecret.blogspot.com/ - For the voyuer..psst...like to read other people's secrets? Or maybe have one of your own to share? Check this site..updated every Sunday.

All of these sites are free and guaranteed to keep you busy for hours. Hope you enjoy! Please let me know what you think!

Hello! I'm also a postcrosser. My username is stillwaters.

I am from the Philippines, a small but beautiful, warm and cheerful country in Asia. I hope you will be interested to swap postcards from me. I would love to receive a postcard from your country. I hope you would also love to receive postcards from my country. You may reply through postcrossing or email me at tatisbey@yahoo.com, or leave a message at my blog, http://thehappypostcrosser.blogspot.com

Thank you.

You know it is a small world. I once thought that in a world of not so pretty things how can one person make a difference. Thank you for all I read tonight because now I do believe there is hope. I also am in a pain scared someone may harm my little girls. We can make a difference and I thank you.
